Carmel-by-the-Sea Commercial Galleries

This gallery is located in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea and features early Californian and American paintings as well as up and coming contemporary American artists work. The store is open daily from 11am to 5pm.

This gallery is one of the largest in Carmel, spanning 6,000 sqare feet. European and contemporary fine art is displayed in addition to interior design collections. Artists work are represented on a rotating monthly basis.

Established in 1927, Carmel Art Association Gallery is one of the oldest on the Monterey Peninsula and it features the work of more than 120 professional local artists. This gallery includes a wide variety of styles and media with changing exhibitions every month.

Classic Art Gallery represents over 100 contemporary artists as well as hosting one of the largest 19th and 20th century masterpieces and art exhibitions. Artist exhibitions rotate on a monthly basis, showing a variety of work from seascapes, landscapes, portraits, city scenes, sculptures, stills and more.

Simic Gallery offers original works of contemporary artists and some of prominent late 19th and 20th century artisans. In addition to commercial art this gallery offers home shows, commissions, in house framing and shipping arrangements and certificates of appraisal.

Polaris Gallery offers higher-end fashions and wearable art and has been in the business for over a quarter of a century. Artisans from Big Sur present their pottery, jewelry, glass art and gifts in this gallery. Couture clothing designers from Poland and specialized design methods such as Shibori are available here.

The Park Gallery represents contemporary international artist with a diverse style and a wide spectrum of fine art. Collector appointments are available by appointment and additional works are available upon request. Artists can be commissioned through this gallery as well.

The Gallerie features European art, pastels, still life, seascapes, watercolors, oils, sculpture and more. In house framing of all artwork is available to clients of the Gallerie. Customers can also view this gallery's artwork from home through home shows. Events and art shows, including meet the artist and educational workshops are open for the public on a regular gallery schedule. The events calender can be viewed online.

Highlands Sculpture Gallery specializes in indoor, outdoor, wall and kinetic sculptures, fashioned by California and local artists. The sculpture mediums include bronze, stone, ceramic, glass and more. A rotating exhibit of a variety of artists’ new works can be viewed. Pieces ranging from monotypes to painting and sculptures can be seen privately within the gallery and publicly throughout the neighborhood.

With a collection of fine art, paintings and sculptures, Zantman schedules an art event each month where you can meet the artist at the opening reception. High quality and the wide-ranging styles in the paintings by prominent artists from America, France, Italy, Spain, China, Korea, and other areas of the world are available at locations in Palm Desert and Sun Valley. Art mediums and exhibits range from abstract and sculptures to glasswork and oil paintings.

This established metalsmith offers fine iron and bronze sculptures, architectural metalwork, lighting and customized personal orders are also available. In addition to the above services, Viking Forge creates fine art and hearth equipment and accessories.
