Carmel City Beach is located at the foot of Ocean Avenue, just past the commercial district in downtown Carmel. The beach has easy accessibility, white sands, and beautiful sunsets. No campfires are allowed on the beach past 10 pm. and are limited to 3 by 3 feet in size. Swimming is dangerous due to unpredictable tides and caution is encouraged.
