Travelers attending this volunteer run walking tour will explore and discover hidden history of Carmel-by-the-Sea and stop for lunch in between. The tour lasts for an hour and a half and costs a donation of $10, which includes a 50% discount off the lunch at Flaherty's Grill. With reservations tours can be customized. Walks are offered on most Saturdays at 9:30 am. and start at the First Murphy House.

Carmel Walks takes visitors through pathways, courtyards, gardens and area artist's homes and favorite places. Tours run daily from Tuesday to Friday and twice on Saturdays. Reservations are required. The tour begins in the courtyard of the Pine Inn on Lincoln St. at Ocean Ave.
